Mentorship means different things to different people.  Often times, it is very personal as the mentor relationship is not only about career advancement but often expands to the personal realm.

Without mentors, paths to advancement is often not as apparent.  AAa/e was formed to highlight those that have broken barriers to allow for the next generation to emulate those actions to get to the next step in their career and in life. 

This program is aimed to provide guidance for young professionals and mid-level career individuals to help situate our members to be able to become the next leaders in our industry.  This program will pair mentees with mentors in various AEC fields.
