The aaaesc.org website has various features available depending on how you the user is logged in. In order to register for an event you must log-in so that the registration form reflects the proper pricing for your membership type.
How do I register for an Event?
The next upcoming event is always posted on the AAa/e home page at http://www.aaaesc.org - look for the "Register " link at the bottom of the announcement which will take you to the registration form. Note that you will need to log in or obtain a new login in order to register for an event.

AAa/e Membership provides additional benefits for those who attend events regularly. Non-members can attend any AAa/e event, but they must "log in" to the AAa/e website to enter their details and payment information to RSVP. If you do not have a login, one will be created for you when you register for the event.
If you forget your password you can have it emailed to you by selecting "Forgot your password?" on the Login box.
A login will be created automatically for you when you try to register for our next event or sign up for membership.
All upcoming events are listed on our Events Calendar. Times and locations vary and are subject to change. The most current information is always available here on our website.
Locate the event you wish to add a reminder for on the Event List and select "Add this event to Outlook" at the bottom of the relevant event's page.

At the moment, each person needs to login with their own details and register themselves. We are working on changing this soon.
Yes, if the extra people you are registering are guests ie. non-members. Otherwise people need to register themselves individually, although we are working on improving this.
Credit card payments are preferred, but in exceptional circumstances we can accept payment by check, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
To change your contact information, log in and select "My Profile" from the menu bar at the top of the page. Click the "Edit" link on the right to change your contact information.
If you wish to register on-site, please ensure that you arrive early and have a credit card to hand.
If you have previously registered for an event, we keep you informed of upcoming events by default. If you have not registered, you can sign up here to receive updates from AAa/e.
