The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee seeks to demonstrate leadership not only in the AEC industry and also beyond it, by presenting a vision, and fostering a sense of belonging for individuals and communities that embody diverse interests, ethnicities, abilities, and other affinities.  The committee aims to further enhance the legacy of AAPI leadership representing underserved communities, while also acknowledging and addressing our specific history of discrimination and the recent escalation of Anti-Asian Hate.  We value and nurture both the commonalities and distinctions within the vastly diverse, multi-generational Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities in which we live and work.
