| Job Description / Primary Objective * |
Lead estimating teams for a large construction firm, working directly with owners and design team members in preconstruction and business pursuit meetings/interviews. Directing the development of conceptual estimates, progressive estimates, design/build estimates and GMPs, as well as private and public hard bids, on a variety of project and construction types. Collaborate with a 15-person estimating team and mentor enthusiastic young estimators.

| Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.) * |
3-5 years of estimating experience overseeing and managing estimates, bids and GMPs for construction projects ranging up to $100 million in collaboration with operations staff, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
