We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience in retail commercial building types to join our team. People with initiative and the willingness to push themselves and take responsibility are ideal candidates. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with and guide internal team and consultant team.
• Guide and produce construction documents including the development of details.
• Review the work of others.
• Work closely with staff members, senior staff and principals on each project from schematic design through construction administration.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Minimum 3 years full time experience after graduation, with some retail project experience
• Must be a problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work
• Solid understanding of building codes, experience producing construction documents for commercial building types, and experience obtaining agency approvals
• Highly organized and able to coordinate project information & documents
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other software programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable
• Able to work effectively as part of an overall design team

Salary Range $75,000/year to $105,000/year commensurate with experience.
