QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Familiarity with Industrial development highly desired
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
• Sketchup, photoshop and 3D programs preferred.
• 3+ minimum experience and up.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong understanding of construction documents and overall project development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
