Manage field operations from project start-up to close-out for a $30 million hotel/casino in Lake Havasu, AZ. Overall responsibility for budget, safety, scheduling, and team development, meeting customer expectations and keeping with Bernards’ standards of excellence on the jobsite. Motivate teams and lead by example, cultivate an atmosphere of trust so that difficult decisions can be made, execute project details in balance with the goals of the “end game,” possess strategic and even peripheral vision for the project, and anticipate and correctly mitigate obstacles to meet client's budget, schedule, and functional objectives.
