    We are looking for an energetic individual with a positive attitude to collaborate with our team as a Technical Designer for our Healthcare studio. This team member will join a highly creative team, dedicated to problem solving and design excellence within the corporate work environment. An individual who is an innovative thinker with design and space planning experience, and exceptional client relationship skills would be an ideal candidate.

    What You Will Do

    Assist the Job Captain to prepare schematic design drawings, design development, construction documentation and project specifications.
    Attend site walks to conduct site verifications and update backgrounds.
    Attend Client meetings (virtually and / or in-person) with Job Captain or Project Manager.
    Research code requirements.
    Research plan check requirements for various jurisdictions.
    Submit construction documents to various jurisdictions for plan check.
    Support the Job Captain or Project Manager during Construction Administration phase by processing submittals, RFIs, substitution requests.
    Cultivate and nurture all client relationships.
    Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.)

    Your Qualifications

    1 to 5 years of experience in the field of Interior Architecture
    Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred
    Strong proficiency in CAD, Autodesk Revit systems, Microsoft Projects, and MS Office Suite.
    Attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
    Licensed Architect a plus
